Stearic acid is used in various industries such as: automotive, paper, cosmetics, rubber and textiles. Due to its properties, some of its applications are: in the rubber vulcanization process, as an additive for lubricants and greases, used in the production of soaps and cosmetics, metallic stearates, textile specialties, pastes used in metal polishing, as well as It is used for concrete additives, for the manufacture of crayons, in the process of lubricating pencil tips and in the manufacture of tires.
