Is there a specific minimum order?

Yes, the minimal order is a complete piece, for example: 1 bag of 25 Kg, 1 bale of 35 Kg, etc. We don’t sell bulk products.

What are the payment options?

We have several options: Transfer (SPEI), check, cash, credit card and debit card. We'll give you the option to choose once you conclude your purchase via WhatsApp.

How can I choose the exact amount?

For each product we have predetermined volumes per sack, bale or box, depending on the product, you can add the quantities of product or piece according to the volume you require and that fits with the weight of each product.

Yes, we have deliveries all over the country.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Cuando tu pedido sale de nuestro almacén, te enviamos un correo en el cual puedes encontrar el número de rastreo y ver en dónde se encuentra.
When your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email in which you can find the tracking number and see where it's located. Our delivery times are 2 to 6 business days after order confirmation and payment.

The cost depends on the area where you are located and the weight of the order.
